    2. Hips opener & hips tension release in Gomukhasana Pose and Penguin Pose

    3. How to do Pigeon pose and entrance into Gomukhasana pose - Hip opener floor stretching

    4. Lift into hip flexor stretching pose on one knee with side body stretching.

    5. Gomukhasana Pose,Hips pain release and Side body stretching.

    6. Floor hip release ,twists,chest and shoulder opener

    7. Hip flex-or stretch and Side body stretch ,Hip opener ,Shoulder release.

    9. Activation of core , gluts and triceps while using yoga block

    1. Down Dog and core engaging process in preparation poses before lifting into Down Dog &Bow Pose .

    2. Triceps work out- Dolphin Pose transition into low Lounge on front arm ,hip &chest opening moves

    3. Triceps work out in low lunge, hips & chest opener with twist,1leg standing split Warrior 3

    4. Down Dog and transition into extended lifted full body stretch& heart opening pose.

    5. Morning Warm up into Down Dog

    6. How to activate triceps with yoga block in dolfine pose or as preparation for chataranga pose

    7. Using yoga block for activation of triceps for Chataranga pose, Crow pose and head stand .

    8. Downward Dog Pose and engaging core muscles while holding the Pose.

    1. Side core activation movement going into side plank

    2. Side plank variations on front arm AND core muscles strengthening as preparation into side plank

    3. Side plank on full arm and its variations with child pose and shoulder stretching
